Updated Format

Updated the rulebooks to pdf format! On desktops, the documents have a preview you can view above each download link. Fixed some Necron wording and added the Convergence of Dominion I forgot existed because they are so bad right now. With Royal Wardens no longer bringing My Will Be Done, movement is somewhat restricted. Now, you can Deepstrike these buildings in with tesla weapon support out 2 sides, accurately Deepstrike units nearby, and then give them a boost to send them on their way! Aldo, because they are Fortifications, they can be placed anywhere not in the enemy Deployment Zone. Make them deal with that while other forces get into position!
