11/13/22 Tyranids and C’Tan

C’Tan have had their powers revisited to help make them more durable for their point cost and less of a glass cannon. Their powers retain the same feel, but the more edgy ones have been toned down a notch. The Tesseract Vault powers have been boosted and revised to further make them more playable. Clarification wording has been added to avoid tournament loopholes. Minor typos have been fixed and the Index updated.

Tyranids are virtually complete! They just need a old unique Neurothrope returned and reenvisioned as the Lord of War it was meant to be, some additional fortifications I have been wanting to add, and their Index numbered!

Tyranids are by far the most exciting thing this week! They have a very strong lore vibe and so many satisfying play styles the codex could never possibly get boring! Join us in being eaten
