Its that time of the week again already! Several good things are in the works as you may have guessed by the title. First, the Space Marine Rough Draft is caught up to where it was left off. It is a massive rulebook and is missing only Lord of War, Unique Characters, and a few odds and end units like the Command Tanks. Space Marines are really coming together, with Primaris being powerful defensive units that are very hard to remove due to their Stubborn and 5+ Feel No Pain. The 1st Born are incredibly versatile, with their Tactical Squads letting them split and merge units in mid game during the Movement Phase, Objective Secured, and their Adjusted Tactics letting them “downgrade” their weapons during deployment to adjust for the upcoming fight! We are super eager to see how this plays out and have high hopes for them!
The other part everyone is likely more excited to read, we have found a potential platform to host a mobile app. What would this app do? For starters, it would provide an easy army building utility. We live in a digital era, flipping through pages and scrawling notes and point costs down are a thing of the past. However, when you do not know how to code very well, it is a tough goal to reach. We have been checking out Appy Pie. Data retrieval and file creation are listed as functions it can handle without coding on the builder’s end! Fortunately for us as well, I did not sign up for the 7 day trial because I’m not quite ready to start working on that just yet, but they extended it indefinitely to get us hooked. Once the Space Marine Rough Draft is complete, we will begin development and see if we can make the next major hurtle another milestone under our rugged utility belts issued by the Administratum!
