This is exciting! I am on the last few Codexes to transcribe into Final Draft status!
The downside is my job has been going incredibly toxic and down hill for the past 6 months. The usual false promises, understaffed, no pay increase to compensate, that kind of thing. I won’t bore you with the details. As such, I have finally quit and am taking some time to take care of myself mentally.
Paperwork will be on hold for now, but I will be taking the opportunity to get play tests done on the massive back log of Codexes we have accumulated that need publishing. I will also be getting a lot of my pile of shame painted, so hopefully my Showcase page will be a bit less barren for my many Imperial Guard Regiments.
Good news, I have found a much more promising source for writing my own Phone App with minimum coding. I am still messing around with the features, but I am attempting to modify the checkout system to instead by a point based system. If this works, a Wishlist could be modified to act as army rosters or inventory for those of you with bigger collections like me. As I apply for jobs with a bit more hope that that of your typical manufactorum position, I hope to work on this project as well.
The Capitol Imperialis printing is going well again! I have 3 pieces left for the left track to be complete. I am finishing up another spool with some tanks. This time I am working on some Heavy Colossus Siege Cannons (not to be confused with the Colossus Siege Cannon). Extreme fire power is always required by the guard, so I suspect a fair number of these will be produced on the side as I finish up spools.
Lastly, I hope you all had a merry Christmas (Emperormas?). I have some new models to kit bash and put into my armies and I hope you were able to be recipients as well.
