This week has been pretty quiet. Just working on updating the Core Rule Book with a cleaner format, FAQs, Designer Notes, and Advanced Rules for optional play outside of tournament settings. Getting there!
I am working on getting caught up with my Cadian Regiment. I am finally near the end (until the next inevitable intake from the next trade). I am currently working on my hero units and Characters that need painted, including Schaeffer’s Last Chancers. They are based on the old Dirty Dozen movies that follow a rag tag band of soldiers that have been caught doing various criminal activities. For a chance to clean their records, they can go on a probable suicide mission. What blows my mind is GW has neglected theses models and rules even though they were last spotted during the Third War for Armageddon.
Their rules are under review in light of the latest developments we made regarding herohammer like armies. I finally have the models in hand and have found I not only need to add additional wargear their old Datasheet never included, but also now have the inspiration to jazz them up. I am hoping to have changes confirmed and tested during our next game.
