4/5/26 Adeptus Mechanicus Update!

Hey everyone! today’s visit is a bit shorter, but not any less important, than other codex updates. A few things have been added to the Adeptus Mechanicus since I last did a new unit pass through, which will be regularly updated once I get the last codexes posted. Any day now, incredibly close!

First the format was consolidated to a more organized content for in game references and tighter spacing to reduce pages.

Thulia Ghuld has been added! She is a potent HQ choice with the only restriction being Mars for your Forge World. She brings a powerful weapon capable of knocking around Titanics and brings a bunch of aggressive auras to your army, making her a suitable and formidable front line fighter!

The Servitor kill team options were integrated into the Enginseer’s Datasheet.

The Technoarcheologist is an interesting one. Apparently since my last pass throughs GW got on a counter electronic warfare hyper focus. Coming up with something unique for the Adeptus Mechanicus, this model has the ability to simply remove an Aura’s effect from a unit within 6″. You get to choose the Aura, and as an Advisor several of these could easily be justifiable. Watch out for enemy snipers and characters issuing Challenges!

Hastarii were added as a combined Datasheet like normal. They form a heavy weapon squad that can focus fire on vehicles in one of two ways, making them fairly versatile. Contrary to the Datasheet, it appears the Alpha does NOT carry a heavy weapon, and the tiny shoulder guns are NOT full sized rifles. Changes were made to make them immersive and accurate. If that is wrong and parts do exist to equip the Alpha, please let me know!
