10/6/24 Dark Eldar Cleanup Complete, 4100 Man Hours

Well its a month later than I hoped, but I got the Codex document rebuilt! I was able to fix a lot of typos that slipped in along the way as well.

The only change I made was post Space Marine decision to move the Rhino to Transport 12, Dark Eldar were missed. The reason for this is players should be able to support full 10 man squads and still use transports. It makes army building simpler and more flexible.

I was able to shorten about 6 pages by consolidating the format! This will make it easier to browse the Codex on the fly. Like with other Codex consolidation, I updated the disclaimer to be on page 1 instead of page 2 per GW’s IP requirement. I also consolidated common Codex Rules and Wargear to the beginning to save on space and make looking up upgrades mid game easier.

We hit 4100 man hours bringing this Codex to you! I apologize for the delay. Rebuilding it was daunting, but I finally got my assburgers to kick into overdrive and blew through the Codex. We will continue to consolidate the live Codexes and hope to bring the last handful out soon! So far we seem on the right track. Just need to stress test them.

All that remains are Sisters of Battle, Squats (Leagues of Votann), Imperial Knights, The Inquisition (which no one suspects!) for stand alone Codexes, and the Chaos Knight supplement.

Other random news no one is to probably concerned about, but I hit my 33rd birthday! This in itself is not of importance, but it makes 22 years of Warhammer. If the 4100 man hours was not enough to imply I like the game, then perhaps that 2/3rds of my life being dedicated to it is!

As always we enjoy your feedback! Happy wargaming and may your dice be kind to you!
